Personal Training Package

In-Person, 1:1 Personal Training sessions located at Foxyfitmama training studio. Sessions are between 45-60 mins and focused on Strength Training. Click through to learn more!

Customized Workout Plans
(For Home & Gym)

Soft to Sexy (Gym)

A 12-week program that includes 4-5 one-hour sessions a week based in a gym. Using free weights, barbells, and strength training machines, you will build strength, burn fat, and develop confidence. Weekly virtual checkins offered.

Soft to Sexy (Home)

A 12-week program to build strength, burn fat and more without leaving home. I'll take the guesswork out of the equation by providing customized workouts to suit the equipment you already have. Weekly virtual check-ins are offered.

Bounce Back Better

Whether you’ve never lifted a weight in your life, are just getting back to working out after having a baby, or you simply need a refresher—this program is for you! Ease into a safe, motivating strength training journey so that you can take your fitness to the next level!
