Includes:

  1. In-Person, 1:1 personal training sessions located at Foxyfitmama Training Studio.

  2. Sessions are between 45-60 mins.

  3. Personalized programming customized meet to YOUR goals and continually progress.

  4. Weekly check-in's with Lindsay

During your personal training sessions with Lindsay, you will be introduced to weight lifting using proper technique, form, volume and frequency in a safe and fun manner. Sessions start at $75/hour and packages are available.
