Soft to Sexy (Gym)

Soft-To-Sexy (Gym) is a 12-week, online program that incorporates very little cardio and uses free weights, barbells, and strength training machines. This plan will primarily focus on building strength, muscle and burning fat. Most importantly, we'll work on fostering confidence and self-love as you prove to yourself how capable you are!

The program includes 4-5 one-hour sessions a week based in a gym. I will provide proven methods from the start so you don't have to spend time with trial and error or get frustrated by a lack of results.

 

Programs are sent out every Sunday to prepare clients for the upcoming training week. Weekly check-ins are offered via telephone call, text, or IG.
