Soft to Sexy - 12 week program

The Soft-To-Sexy is a 12-week program that incorporates very little cardio and primarily focuses on building your strength, developing muscle definition, and tightening your body through increased weight training.

Each week you will be provided a new workout regime that will build your strength, increase definition and burn fat. This is a gradual approach to weight lifting that is fun, unique, and results driven!
